1. About the App
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the 4-20 mA Temp app and its related public pages (together, the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
4-20 mA Temp is a utility app designed to help users convert values between 4-20 mA current signals and temperature ranges. The App is created, owned, and maintained by Mantas Kamarauskas.
2. Permitted Use
You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the App in any way that could damage the App or its users.
3. No Professional or Safety-Critical Reliance
The App is provided for general informational and utility purposes only. While reasonable efforts may be made to keep calculations accurate, the App is not guaranteed to be error-free and must not be relied on as the sole basis for engineering, industrial, compliance, safety, medical, or other high-risk decisions.

You are not required to create an account to use the App. If you choose to submit feedback, you may optionally provide your email address.
5. Feedback
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas through the App, you confirm that the information you provide is lawful and does not infringe the rights of others. By submitting feedback, you grant Mantas Kamarauskas a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, review, reproduce, and act on that feedback for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

The App, including its design, code, branding, text, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Mantas Kamarauskas and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
7. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services for analytics and feedback storage, specifically Google Analytics for Firebase (Firebase Analytics) and Firebase Firestore. Your use of the App may therefore also involve the processing of limited data by those providers in accordance with their own terms and policies.
8. Availability and Changes
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Mantas Kamarauskas may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mantas Kamarauskas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the App. If liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, it will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy published alongside these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, except where mandatory consumer or data protection laws require otherwise.
